Babcock Ranch is one of the largest solar powered communities in the country. Located near Fort Myers Florida, new model homes opened in this community, built by the PulteGroup, provide an opportunity to see the latest in solar technology. Their innovative floor plans include customer requests that are emerging in the market from sequestering in the home during the recent pandemic. Some of the technologies are not yet available to the market, but are being tested in these prototype homes.
