Event Procedures

Per recent CDC Guidelines, we will no longer be requiring masks for vaccinated guests/ particpants.

A Staff member will take your temperature. You will be asked to leave the event if you have a fever at or greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

We ask you to please sanitize your hands (Hand sanitizer will be provided).

We ask you to please wear a mask in common areas. You may remove your mask when you eat/drink and in the designated outdoor areas. (A mask will be provided if you don’t have one).

Please be mindful of social distancing guidelines and avoid over-crowding any areas.
Release of Liability
Our organizations are following enhanced procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
I understand that The Orlando Foundation for Architecture (OFA) cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by misinformation on this form or the health history provided by each client.
By signing below, I agree to each statement above and release OFA from any and all liability for unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
