Historic Sanford is admired for its brick-lined streets, boutique storefronts, live oaks, and a significant collection of historic commercial and residential architecture. Incorporated in 1877, Sanford is one of Central Florida’s oldest incorporated cities. Sanford offers diverse architecture styles from traditional Florida to specific styles dating back to 1883 and includes 25 buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

There will be 3 tours of the Downtown District -with access to 2-3 buildings along the way.
