Event Submissions

In an effort to accommodate our members in the creation of successful and seamless events, please complete the event submission form below at least four weeks prior to your planned event. This will ensure sufficient time and effort to properly organize, schedule, and market your event.
Please note that by submitting your event, this does not automatically guarantee the reservation of your date and/or space. The Foundation Staff will work diligently to ensure you are accommodated, while minimizing the risk of conflict with any other events taking place within the Foundation as well as AIA Orlando. One of our staff members will contact you shortly.
