A new three-phase apartment project will add more than 1,000 units to the area near Orlando International Airport. Phase One will include 330 luxury Class A apartment units on Hazeltine National Drive west of Goldenrod Road.
GrandeVille at JubiLee Park will have a total of 1,064 apartment units including the two future phases, said a news release. It also will feature a 7,200-square-foot clubhouse, community pool, summer kitchen, 2-acre community park featuring pedestrian and bicycle paths, a dog park, gardens, a gazebo and open green space.
LeCesse Development Corp. and Famlee Investment Co are the Developers, New York-based Lecesse Construction Co. — which is not related to LeCesse Development — is the general contractor, Maitland-based Humphreys & Partners Architects/Florida LLC was the designer and Orlando-based DRMP Inc. was the engineer. The project is slated to be available for lease this fall.
