    Lake Nona Florida Blue Center

    Construction is set to start in this year’s second half on the Florida Blue Innovation Center, a 92,000-square-foot, three-story health-tech incubator. The building will feature a 28,000-square-foot Florida Blue Collaborative Imagination Center and a 15,000-square-foot life sciences incubator to be managed by the University of Central Florida in partnership with the University of Florida.
