    NAIOP Case Competition ‘Opus at Westwood’ Entry

    The 6th Annual NAIOP Case Study Competition was an intercollegiate competition between undergraduate student teams from the University of Central Florida (UCF). Each team was asked to evaluate a prime site in Central Florida and devise a development plan based on the current market environment. All 4 teams presented excellent entries.     Wyndham Orlando Resort Renovation

    The Wyndham Orlando Resort on International Drive has completed the $100 million renovation it started in 2012. Among the hotel’s new features: A newly renovated lobby lounge and 613 guestrooms, 25,000 square feet of newly constructed meeting space, outdoor venues for weddings and events.
