Baker Barrios Architects is the project designer for a new 23 story apartment tower in Downtown Orlando. The project will be located on the northeast corner of East Church Street and Lake Avenue. The project which will have parking in the base structure, will include ground-level retail space plus a rooftop pool and amenities deck.
