Completed in 2014 by HKS Architects Inc., the Four Seasons Resort at Walt Disney World  received an Eagle Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors Association of Orlando when it opened. It has also received other accolades including the AAA Five Diamond Award.

The resort is a 560,000 sf, 444-key luxury hotel within Walt Disney World Resort including 40 fractional vacation residences, a private Lake with jogging trail and nature hike.

One popular features is The Fountains – an interactive fountain waterpark geared towards kids themed to compliment the Old Florida Sugar Mill and modeled to resemble Florida’s underground aquifer bubbling to the surface. The interactive fountains can be programmed by the kids to create their personal 5-minute Water Fountain experience.
