New mixed-use tower coming near downtown’s Church Street
Plans for Tremont Tower include 8,239 square feet of retail and lobby space, 586 spaces in 10 levels of structured parking, 206,584 square feet in seven levels of office space and an eight-story, 180-room Hyatt Place hotel on top, along with a new train platform for the SunRail station on Church Street. Latest In Office Interior Trends

Orlando Philharmonic Renovates Their New Home
The Orlando Philharmonic purchased the Plaza Live Theater and have begun additions and renovations to accommodate their needs in their new home. In this first stage, they are renovating the smaller hall into an acoustically sound rehearsal hall and multi-use performance space. Tribute To A Departing Landmark
Thanks to HuntonBrady Architects, the Orlando Business Journal has posted an archive of old photos of downtown’s iconic “round building,” the American Federal Building. The building is being dismantled to make way for new development adjacent to the soon to be opened Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center. Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel
This project by the Orlando firm Hunton Brady Architects won a 2014 Award of Honor from the AIAOrlando chapter by an independent jury selection. Lake Nona Starts Town Center
Lake Nona starts construction of the Town Center. It will provide a commercial center to support the institutions who have built in the area.
