Last Week the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center offered a construction tour to preview the building which is starting to take shape. One of the great features of the design is the DeVos Family Room, which is a banquet room cantilevered over the street below, with great views of city hall area. This is the view below.

These dramatic precast concrete spiral staircases will be a main feature for guests leading them to their respective show areas. They will sweep around the atrium void providing connections between levels.
